Your payment may be rejected due to various reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete profile information.

  • Proxy / VPN usage.

  • Your bank declines payment attempts.

  • Your Credit Card has insufficient funds.

  • Your Credit Card was rejected by our payment gateway.

You can try a different payment method to pay for your invoice.

However, if your payment is rejected several times and there are no restrictions from your bank then please submit a new ticket to our Billing Department including payment method you use and invoice number.
