Every service has a due date and if you have not extended your Cloud, Bare Metal or any other service time of use by covering related invoices, then service will be suspended on the 4-th day after the due date. After overdue on payment. the services' data is kept for 45 days after the due day.
You can still activate a service which is suspended, however, you will need to cover the unpaid invoice for the suspended time and / or the new billing cycle. After the 45 days, suspension term expires, service is terminated and the data of a service is lost irrecoverably.
