In order to change a longer billing cycle (monthly, yearly, etc.) for your service, you will need to contact the Support department by submitting a ticket at your Terminal. However, to get the billing cycle changed all unpaid invoices of the service must be paid before requesting billing cycle change.
The billing cycle can be changed when having the following billing intervals:
Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually and biennially.
The billing cycle can not be changed between longer billing cycles.
