In order to change longer billing cycle(monthly, yearly, etc.) for your service you will need to contact Support department by submitting a ticket at your Terminal. However, to get the billing cycle changed all unpaid invoices of the service must be paid before requesting billing cycle change.
Billing cycle can be changed when having following billing intervals:
Monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, annually, biennially and triennially.
Billing cycle can not be changed between longer billing cycles and Hourly billing cycle.
