Disputes, claims, chargebacks or any other form of payment retrieval is not an acceptable form of refunding and it will be considered as payment fraud and processed according to Terms of Service.

Compliance with Terms of Service requires us to take certain steps to ensure that we identify and mitigate fraud. That means that we must suspend services of fraudulent accounts and take counteractions by attempting to save value of the transaction.

We are always ready to provide excellent customer service to you and resolve any service or payment related problems. If you decided to cancel your service and wish to retrieve your payment, please submit a ticket requesting for a refund to our Billing Department and we will be happy to help!
