Take the following steps in order to request for a refund:
STEP 1. Find out if you are eligible for the refund in our article - "Can I request for a refund?"
STEP 2. Log in to your Terminal.
STEP 3. Go to your services and select the service which you want to cancel and get a refund.
STEP 4. Submit cancellation request by following instructions in the article here.
STEP 5. Open a new ticket to Billing Department, informing us how do you wish to receive the refund: the original payment method (if possible) or as Credits in your Heficed account.
