UDP flood is a type of DoS attack performed in order to make a web server connection unavailable.
Connection disturbance is performed by sending large UDP packets to random ports on a targeted host. When a host becomes incapable to answer multiple UDP packet requests, the system is overwhelmed and becomes unresponsive to other users.
If we recognize intentional UDP flood performed from your server, we preserve the right to suspend your service. In order to eliminate your server suspension, please remove the source of UDP flood and inform support department at firstname.lastname@example.org accordingly.
In case your server was infected, we suggest re-installing your service and re-creating a stronger password at the Terminal.
For more details in regard to this suspension reason, we suggest reading our Terms of Service.
