If you would want to list your subnet on our IP Address Market you need to set an abuse contact to your IP subnet.
This article is focused on how to assign an abuse contact on APNIC.
This is one of the requirements in order to list your subnets on the IP Address Market.
STEP 1. Login to APNIC portal https://login.apnic.net/
STEP 2. Navigate to “Resources” then “Whois Updated” on the right side.
STEP 3. Click on "Update" tab and select inetnum in the Object type droplist.
STEP 4. Search for the IP range that you wish to set abuse contact. For example: 18.104.22.168 - 22.214.171.124
Note: If you are changing the abuse contact information for the "specific subnet", don't forget to check the sub-assignments
STEP 5. Edit the mnt-irt field to IRT-DIGITAL-AP.
STEP 6. Click the Update button at the bottom.
STEP 7. If you are getting notification that it's not possible to assign IRT object IRT-DIGITAL-AP then please create new IRT object with email address firstname.lastname@example.org and assign it in the mnt-irt attribute.
