When managing your servers it is sometimes necessary to access Virtual Console.
This is particularly useful when access via SSH is lost or a firewall is blocking remote connections. 

Virtual Console offers a direct way of managing your server. 

In some cases, Virtual Console of your Kronos Cloud or Proto Compute server is not functioning properly or not loading at all. 

In these cases, make sure to try out the following methods:

  • Try clearing your browser cache
  • Try using a different browser
  • Try using a different device
  • Try using a different Internet Service Provider

However, if none of the above-mentioned methods work, make sure to create a Ticket or contact us directly to support@heficed.com
