Service SLA allows users to have a higher priority to receive assistance from our customer support team. 

If you have not chosen an appropriate SLA when ordering your server, it can be easily upgraded.
SLA is tied to your Kronos Cloud server so to upgrade it, proceed to access:
Terminal -> Kronos Cloud -> Virtual Machines -> *Select your machine*
Once you are inside, click on 'Edit VM

Once you are at the Edit VM page, expand SLA field and choose the desired SLA type:

After that, save the changes and a new upgrade Invoice will be created.
Once this invoice is paid, your SLA type will be successfully upgraded!
