Open https://myapnic.net and login to your account and continue with the procedure.


How to Remove/Change Abuse-C

STEP 1. Navigate to “Resources” then “Whois Updates” on the right side.

STEP 2. Click on the "Update" tab and select "inetnum" in the Object type droplist. In search type the subnet from which abuse-c you want to change.

STEP 3. Change from abuse-c (AD713-AP) and mnt-irt (IRT-DIGITAL-AP) fields and press Update.

NOTE! If you created new IRT object (instead of IRT-DIGITAL-AP) with email address abuse@heficed.com and assigned it in the mnt-irt attribute change that instead.

STEP 4. (SKIP IF UPDATED abuse-c). Click on the "Delete" tab and select "inetnum" in the Object type droplist. In search type the subnet from which abuse-c you want to delete.

STEP 5. (SKIP IF UPDATED abuse-c). Add the Delete message (for example do not need) and press delete


How to Remove ROA, Route Object (IRR)

STEP 1. Navigate to “Resources” then “Routes” on the right side below “Whois Updates” section.

STEP 2. Search for subnet for which you need to delete ROA with AS61317.

You can either delete with Delete selected or from the Actions section Delete

This will also delete Route Object (IRR)


How to Remove the nameserver

STEP 1. Navigate to “Resources” then “Routes” on the left side.

STEP 2. Search for the subnet (without CIDR) for which you need to delete Nameservers (ns8.heficed.com and ns9.heficed.com)

Press on the number 2 (Domain Objects Registered section, where the arrow points)

STEP 3. Select which domain objects you want to delete and press Delete Selected.


Congratulations, you have successfully removed all Heficed credentials.
